Garlic Mayonnaise Recipe

2 egg yorks
2 eggs
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
3 cups olive oil
3 tablespoon lemon
3 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon salt

In a blender mix all of the ingredients until mayonnaise is thick. Place in a glass container and refrigerate immediately. Makes about 4 cups

*This mayonnaise mixed with some ketchup is our favorite spread for sandwiches.
