Best Sauce For Tostones from Ponce – Inspired by my Friend Desha's Grandfather's Recipe

2 crushed garlic cloves
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon hot sauce (tabasco)
2 tablespoon fresh pepper
salt

Mix all ingredients and place in a sauce bowl, for us Puerto Ricans is a maseta. Serve as need it. Coqui!
